Knowledge transfer

PEIMA takes part in educational modules offered by Agrocampus Ouest (Fisheries centre) and the aquaculture section of the agricultural high school of Quimper Bréhoulou. It also provides technical support and expertise to the establishment of the regional aquacultural centre at the aquacultural high school of Bréhoulou.

PEIMA also participates in the transfer of knowledge from research or know-how to the aquaculture profession, who considers it a regular partner. This transfer helps to improve the economic competitiveness and production quality of companies, while taking into account new social demands for the sector.

Finally, PEIMA also maintains an strong partnership with territorial groups (Region, Conseil General, Armorique regional natural park), associations (fishing) and many administrative organisations (Departmental Office for Population Protection).
