Research projects

SMART-LERECO collaborates with other national and international research institutes and universities. SMART-LERECO is strongly engaged in projects funded by the European Commission within its Framework Programmes (FP). The team also participates in projects financed by the French National Agency of Research ("Agence Nationale de la Recherche" - ANR), the French Ministry of Agriculture, the French Ministry of Environment, the French regional development programmes PSDR ("Pour et Sur le Développement Rural"), the French regional government bodies, the French regional Chambers of Agriculture, and stakeholders in the agricultural upstream and downstream sectors. The team is part of the European Commission-funded ENDURE Network of Excellence. In addition, SMART-LERECO staff members regularly act as experts for several institutions, such as the OECD, the European Commission, the French economic advisory committee ("Commissariat au Plan"), the French and European Courts of Auditors, the French regional government bodies.
